Media Flights are friendly, attentive, and perfectly setup for the sometimes hectic nature of TV, Film and Media companies. I have tried a number of companies offering a similar service over the years, and none have quite managed to impress me as much as the team at Media Flights. In an often complicated, ever-changing industry, they are a safe pair of hands that I wouldn't want to be without on any production.

I was lucky to find Media Flights during Covid, when we were struggling to organise approved travel.   The personal service they provided was just what we needed and I spent a lot of time on the phone with Tracy as she helped me navigate options and all the relevant regulations.  Despite the Media Flights team growing with some great representatives, I still find myself reverting to my safe place and calling Tracy to chat through problematic logistics.  Working in natural history can mean some interesting destinations and challenging logistics.   Excess baggage and battery regulations are always a consideration.   Media Flights are so experienced in these areas; they will often highlight considerations when offering flight options and do their best to communicate with airlines on production’s behalf when needed.   I’ve booked flights, vehicle hire and accommodation around the world with them and am happy to continue to do so.   I’ve always felt valued as a client and appreciate their ‘small business’ approach, which is caring and approachable.
